Based in Mandeville, Louisiana, Compass Rose Consultants was founded by Courtney Killeen, recently named Alignable’s Local Business Person of 2025. She built CRC with a clear mission: to support entrepreneurs who think differently—those whose ideas are powerful but whose paths have felt anything but linear.

Courtney saw firsthand how many brilliant, motivated founders were drowning in information but starving for wisdom. Too often, they were handed generic tactics or rigid frameworks that didn’t fit how they actually process, plan, or lead.

So she created something different.
