General Services

 

What is your standard turnaround time? For Career Services (Resumes/LinkedIn), the standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Web Development and Digital Ad Spots typically require 14–21 days, depending on the complexity of the project. Expedited 24–48 hour service is available for an additional fee.

 

Do you offer a guarantee? While we cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes or a set number of ad conversions (as these depend on external market factors), we do guarantee professional-grade strategy. If you do not see an increase in engagement within 30 days of using our materials, we offer a one-time complimentary strategy review.

 

How do we communicate during a project? To maintain efficiency, all project communication is conducted via email or our client portal. Scheduled 1-on-1 strategy calls are included in "High-End" packages; additional consulting hours are billed at our standard hourly rate.

 

Payments & Refunds

What are your payment terms? For all project-based work (Web, Ads, Executive Bundles), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion, but before the delivery of final, un-watermarked files or site transfer.

 

Do you offer refunds? Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of writing and digital production, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and include a set number of revisions in every contract to ensure the final product meets your vision.

 

Terms of Service (The "Fine Print")

 

Scope of Work

Each project is governed by a specific "Scope of Work" (SOW) sent at the time of deposit. Any requests made outside of this scope (e.g., adding extra pages to a website or changing an ad script after filming) will be billed at our hourly rate of $50/hour.

 

Revisions

• Basic Packages: Include 1 round of minor revisions.

• High-End Packages: Include 2 rounds of comprehensive revisions.

• Note: Revisions must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery.

 

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final PDF resumes, website content, and digital ad files. JS Consulting retains the right to display the work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before the project starts.

 

Client Responsibility

Success is a partnership. Delays in providing necessary information (employment history, brand assets, or feedback) will result in a shift of the project deadline. Projects that are "stalled" by the client for more than 30 days may be subject to a restart fee.
